1. No Refunds – Store Credit Only
-We do not offer cash, credit card, or other payment method refunds. All returns will be issued as store credit.

2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within **14 days** of the purchase date to be eligible for store credit.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as sold, including all original packaging, tags, and any authentication certificates provided.
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

3. Store Credit Details
- Store credit will be issued via an electronic code and must be used within **60 days** from the date of issue.
- Store credit can be used on any item in our store, including handbags, shoes, accessories, and clothing.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or store credit. This includes clearance, promotional, or heavily discounted items, as well as certain high-value luxury items where specified.

5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
